Answers:
I've already lost 20 lbs and want to lose 20 more. That would make me around 120 lbs at 5'1". I want to get by body fat percentage down to about 22%. My program is pretty simple. A diet of 1200-1550 calories consisting of lean protein, whole grains, fruits, veggies and nuts. I'll have junk or alcohol every now and then to keep me sane, but moderation in all things! I do 30 minutes of high intensity cardio 4-5x a week, and strength train 2-3 times a week. And drink lots of water. Plus I have my support system on sparkpeople.com. I highly reccomend that site. It's free and has tons of great features.
