I need to lose atleast 2-3 pounds a week, how can I do it?
I already stopped eating meats, and not just to get thin. If I drink 8 glasses of water a day, exersice atleast 20 minutes a day and cut down on carbs,stop eating at 7:00pm, and doing multipule sit ups a day, will that make me lose 2-3 pounds a week, and 20 pounds within 2 months? If not I need suggestions!

Yes, but try to up the excercise to at least 30 minutes a day. And don't eat after 6:00 PM
