Question: Finding exercise hard will it ever get easier!?
Everytime I exercise after about 5 minutes I so badly feel like I want to stop I probably dont need to stop an I dont as normally carry on but the exercise bike hurts the muscles in my legs so I cant ever get very out of breath unless my legs ache an have to close my eyes an feel like Im doing weights or something lol Is that normal!? How long will it take to get my legs used to this and stop hurting!? I need to get out of breath but cant as my legs hurt befoe i get to that stage :(Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would recommend that you shift your exercise regimine to a lifting schedule composed of squats, deadlifts, and calf raises, all performed with free weights!. This will buliding lean muscle mass (assuming your diet profile is correct) and when coupled with exercise sets that work other parts of the body, better increase your overall strength/lean muscle mass ratio, something cardio alone cannot do!.

*Note: Make sure someone shows you proper form for the above exercises, it's easy to injure yourself with them if they are not performed properly!. I would also recommend "Romanian deadlifts" for your hamstrings as they isolate that muscle group and do not compromise your lower back like full deadlifts can!.*
