It can!.
1) Eating late is not good cause your metabolism has slowed down for sleep
2) You have already consumed all your calories for the day and now you are throwing in extra between days
3) You are losing sleep which is unhealthy

In the middle of the night, your metabolism is at its lowest!. If you consume calories, they ALL turn to fat!.

Most folks are actually not hungry, they are thirst!. Try getting a drink of water and going back to bed instead of snacking!. If you are asleep in 30 min, eat a banana!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I generally try to steer clear of eating right before bed!. When you sleep, you don't burn as many calories as you do in your waking hours, so the calories tend to stick!.

My advice is to stop eating at around 7 PM!. If you're still hungry, munch on a rice cake or some nice veggies!. Maybe some pretzels!. I crave chocolate at night, so I allow myself two Hershey's kisses when I get late night cravings for sweets!.

I'm not sure about making you fat!.!. but i know when you eat and you go right to sleep, you save more because your metabolism isn't going as fast when your asleep!. Thats why they say you should eat at least two to three hours before you go to bed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

They say it does but that will depend on your metabolism if its high then No,if its low and you gain weight easily then yes!.No one should have to go to bed hungry,even on a diet so eat fruit not fattening,Www@Answer-Health@Com

It definitely doesn't help!. When you eat and go to sleep immediately, the food just sits in your stomach and it is not burnt off!. This can lead to gaining weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If it takes your calorie in take over your daily allowance then yes it will!.!.!.

i always have celery sticks in the fridge and i douch them mildly with red pepper paste!.!.!.it doesnt make me fat!.!.!.and yes,i love to eat them at midnight!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
