Lemonade Diet, What Should I Expect...?!


Question: Lemonade Diet, What Should I Expect!.!.!.!?
I have been on the diet for 3 day now!.!.!. Im think about doing it for 10 complete days, break my fast on the 11th by just eating fruit and go for another 10 days!. What kind of weight should I expect to loose!?

I have made it very nutritional; I juice carrots and garlic and drink it daily along with natural fruit juices!.

I have fasted before for religious reasons, these 10 days will be nothing but a breeze!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

To loss the weight i think this option and its work for me:

eat more fruit
drink fresh juice
get detoxification
no junk food
no milk
no yogurt
no soda
drink natural water
sport (like exercise, running, walking, aerobic, swimming)
eat more salad
good sleep


the example eat menu :

Breakfast

Always same: juice presses fresh, as much as desirable, up to 14 ounce; fresh succulence as much as desirable, or salad fruit; when do you very hungry!. When not make difficult, sometimes fun replaced fruit every day that eaten at morning

Lunch

Fresh fruit juice, or carrot juice, 4 - 8 ounce, when does desirable!. Salad with fresh vegetable addition desirable and combination sandwich with cucumber or celery!.

Dinner

Fresh vegetable cocktail juice, soup cream cauliflower!. Potato boat or simple grilled chicken!. Garlic flavor string bean!. Salad green French!.

fruits and vegetables do not provide much protein or carbohydrates, which are essential to living!. if you continue on this diet for longer than 10 days, you could seriously harm yourself!.

besides, after the 10 days, you're just going to gain the weight back anyway, so why put yourself through the torture!? see your doctor or a nutritionist about a healthy diet for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to get off the Lemonade diet, unless you want a stomach ulcer!.!.!.!.that stuff is very acidic!.!.!.harsh to the stomach!. Try a variety of foods and exercise!. I would expect that you'll lose about ten lbs!.!. However, about 5 lbs will be muscle and 3lbs will be water and only 2 lbs will be fat!.
The 5 lbs of muscle you lose will result in about 250 less calories you body uses everyday!. (each lb of muscle uses anywhere from 30-50 calories per day just to maintain) Not only that, the low calorie consumption will throw you into a starvation mode where your body retains even more calories when you finally do start eating normally again!.
Let's say you lose the 10 lbs and go back to eating as you were eating before!. I would expect that in the first 3 days of eating normally again you will regain three lbs (water weight)!. After that, I would anticipate that between the muscle loss and lowered metabolism you will create a caloric overage adequate to gain about 1!.5 lbs every week until you gain approximately 15 lbs at which point you'll level out again until you crash diet again!.!.
Each crash diet, expect to gain an additional 5 lbs above what you weighed before!.!.
