some exaples of things I can have for lunch besides salad that have no carbs or very lil carbs!? For breakfast I usually have egg whites and bacon and dinner I ususally have chicken or steak with broccoli, carrots, or spinach!.!.!.!.thanks?Www@Answer-Health@Com

First step is getting off the no-carb fad diet!. Second, if you're really interested in losing weight by dieting, do it the right way so it stays off!. Add a little activity to your life, wherever you can find it!. Lay off the fatty food and refined sugars!.
You're doing good with the vegetables, but basing your diet on eating bacon is a little skewed!. Instead, limit your portion sizes, even if that means you have to have some extra carrots between meals!. Eat real food, but eat it in balance!. Lots of leafy greens, less bacon and steak, more fish!.
You should be getting 40-60% of your calories from carbs, 25-35% from fat!. Go lean with the meat, eat whole grains, put down the sodas and ANYTHING that has refined sugar in it!.

Well I agree with the first response, Salmon tastes so good, it is excellent source of phosphorous for your brain and it has a lot of nutrients for your body, but the best thing it has so little calories and fats that you will feel satisfied and not full!Www@Answer-Health@Com
