Question: What are good and natural ways to suppress your appetite!?

There's so many ways to suppress your appetite i've tried them all with success:
-smoke
-drink diet coke when you're hungry,
-drink a lot of water when you're hungry although it only works for a few minutes afterwards and then since it speeds up your metabolism you might get hungrier half an hour later
-drink black coffee (preferably with a cigarette) and that will end your hunger for a while
-try to notice if your apetite increases after your eat or drink something with artificial sweeteners in it, these can often increase your appetite
-drink sparkling water instead of still water it seriously suppresses the appetite
-when you eat something sometimes it's good to go for what you're craving even if it's something like chocolate or pizza!. For example, if you try to suppress a craving for a chocolate bar by eating something else you might just eat a ton of other things which will add up to more calories than the candy bar!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should NEVER suppress your appetite! Starving yourself is a bad idea on every imaginable level!.

If you want to lose weight, fill yourself up on lean proteins and vegetables!. You'll lose plenty of weight, and you'll be getting massive doses of vitamins and minerals, too!.

Think you can't fill up on vegetables!? Try sitting down in front of a head of lettuce and then see if you can down the entire thing!. Start adding in peppers, cucumbers, carrots, etc!., and you'll see that since vegetables are such a high volume of food but with low calories, you'll start losing weight very quickly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

May I be so bold as to ask why you want to suppress your appetite!?

Better yet, you should deal with the issues as they arise instead of using food as a replacement to solving problems!.

The problem isn't with the appetite but with the way we handle stress!. We eat when we're bored or sad!. I tell my clients when your stomach growls that's your cue to eat!. If you had a bad day call a girlfriend and walk in the park and talk about it!. If you are angry, journal and vent but don't eat instead of facing the emotion!.

I don't mean to be harsh at all but the stimulation of the appetite is a complex chemical reaction it can't be suppresed without suppressing something else that's linked to it!.
