Yes, but it would help to do excercise - even if it is only 20mins fast walking a day or using stairs instead of lifts, etc!. Housework is also excercise!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you consume less than you use you will lose weight!.

Diet without exercise requires cutting calories quite alot to create this deficit and as such people tend to have a lot less energy and are alot hungrier more often

adding exercise increases the amount you burn allowing you to cosume more still retaining that weight loss deficit without worrying about energy levels or hunger!.

Also lean muscle (created from dong exercise) increases you resting metabolic rate further increasing weight loss!.

Furthermore losing weight without building up the underlying muscle produces a skinny/fat appearance where people are undefined and in some cases looks worse than theyt originally did!.

Finally never consider losing "weight" you dont want to do that as that includes water and muscle you want to lose "body fat" and truely the only way to do that is diet AND exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

YES, because i did it, i was obese and was advised by my doctor not to do any strenuous exercise until I'd lost at least 2 stone, reason were to much pressure on the heart, lite exercise like walking was OK, not forgetting when you are really obese its hard on the body to be doing to strenuous workouts, so i lost weight first, then started to introduce more activity's, my weight came off really well and kept the healthy eating going and the exercise, loosing all the time, i joined our local leisure centre gym and am now hooked, love to exercise and the weight is falling off, do whats best for you and if not sure get some good advise, good luck and here's to a fitter and slender body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes you will, but you run the risk of losing muscle mass as well as fat and once the reducing diet is over you will put on fat much faster!. Far better to include some excercise in your regime, even walking 30 mins a day will prove beneficial, it doesn't all have to be thrashing about in the gym!. Yes, a couple of years ago when I was working and going to school, all I had time to eat were two Healthy Choices!. One for lunch and dinner and coffee in the morning and I lost a lot of weight!. This only works if you don't get bored of the frozen food diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You would, but eventually you'd hit a plateau, and you'd want to exercise along w/ a diet to help reshape your body while losing the weight; you need to do strength training and cardio!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
