I need your help!?!?!!!!?!?!???!?

I want to know a workout program that can keep me fit and....

Ok, I'll admit, I am a bit over weight... and I want to lose it by doing an easy excercise program that I can do on my own at home.

Tell me all the details... I want to know what excercises, when to do them, how to do them and how much to do them, for how long!

I'm already watching what I'm eating but if you have any sugestions... like a food that will keep me full for a long time etc..., or an easy to follow diet maybe? im not much of a diet-er, but I'll try it if it works... but not a diet program... like weight watchers or stuff like that though...

Ok..as for exercises. It doesn't matter what kind you do as long as it increases your heart rate for 30 mins. You might want to start with an aerobic workout. You can probably rent some different kinds of videos at the video store. They also have some programs on tv in the morning that you can follow along with. You only need to do it 3 days a week, more if you want, but make sure you keep a schedule...same time every day.
As for the diet, Water! drink at least 8 glasses a day. Would help to get one of those big drink cups and sip on it all day. As for snacking, eat raw veggies, celery, carrots...or fruit. put some in baggies in the fridge so you can just grab a bag. Check with your dr before dieting, and ask him/her about how many calories you need per day. 2000 calories is a good starting point. Then write down what you eat and add it up. You need to eat breakfast, lunch and supper. don't skip a meal. You have to get your body in a routine. If you don't eat, your metabolism changes. Good luck
