Why is that eating a big meal can make you feel sleepy?


Answers:

I know why. Its because eating a big meal takes time. You don't eat a big meal in 10 minutes. You sit down for awhile, you get comfortable and relaxed. Eating is a workout! You burn calories as you do it.
So finally after you have worked out for a half hour and you are 3 pounds heavier. All you wanna do is sit back down.
I am an eater. I eat, and then I eat some more. When I'm full, I have dessert.
So during the day I work my butt off so that at night I could have dinner and relax.
