Anyone know a fast, effective exercise for love handles?

i want to get them away fast...


Answers:

In a standing position, put your hands palm side down on each side of your waist, elbows bent. Bend your body forward as far as you can 5 times in a row. Then to your right side as far as you can, again 5 reps. Then back as far as you can, again 5 reps. To your left as far as you can, again 5 reps. Continue this for as long as you can stand it, then stop for the day. Do this everyday until you see your love handles disappear.

Of course, you also need to eat properly and take vitamins, consult your doctor before beginning any diet or exercise program...

Remember, you didn't develop them overnight, thus they will not disappear overnight.
