Sign up with an online site, like glamour.com or sparkpeople.com, for support and tools to track your success. You did not gain "x" amount of pounds in 3 weeks and will not lose it in 3 weeks!

See a nutritionist, let go of fast food, soda, candy. Start replacing those bad things with better choices (veggie burgers for hamburgers, yogurt for ice cream, fried fish with sushi, juice with water)

Begin walking 30 minutes every day, and take a quick walk on your lunch break. Try to work activity into your every day life. use the 5/10 rule for stairs (up 5 floors or less, down 10 floors or less).

this is a lifestyle change, not a size change!
