I'm 16 Can I build Bigger Biceps?
Hi
I'm 16 years old, and I'm a VERY religious workout fanatic. I love running, weight lifting... etc. Anyways, my current lift program is 4 sets of 8 with a 70 pound barbell. My current arm status is about 12 and a half inches. Anyways, I'm 5 feet 10 inches and weigh about 145 pounds. Any tips for me?

Do more than just barbell curls, use dumbbells also. Plus don't always do 4 sets of 8 do 3 sets of maybe 8-10 or 4 sets of 10-12, don't let the body adapt. You should also use different grip widths to focus on inner and outer heads. I'm not sure if you do or you don't but put more focus into triceps than biceps, they make you look much bigger.
