Just eat lots of salad, fruits, wheat bread/whole grains, and skim milk!. Meat is ok as long as it isn't fast food!. You don't want to starve to death, and if you eat right, you won't gain either!.

If you stop eating or don't eat enough, your body will go into "starvation mode" and you will gain weight like crazy!

Drink lots of water, too!. Cold water speeds up your metabolism--the best thing is to drink small sips of cold water every hour or so instead of carbonated drinks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you have to stay nourished to remain fit and alive!.!.think of food as fuel for your body and its inner organs,not as a form of leisure or something to kill time when you are bored or upset over something!.!.just keep carb and fat portions low and proteins decent!.!.!.you wont gain fat at all!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
