take a loooooong look in the mirror...that's what i had to do...it was one year before my wedding and I felt so FAT! I looked long and hard and everytime I wanted to eat something bad I looked at myself again. It has been 2 years since I have kept 74 lbs off of me! Reward yourself with pedicures instead of ice cream! ahahaha good luck!
