Question: During Vacation, I was less active then I usually am,so I gain some wieght, how do I get rid of it!?
I gained the weight around my hips/stomach and my legs!. So what foods should I eat Morning, noon, night!. Also what types of exercise should I do for those problem areas!.

do leg work outs such as running leg exstentions hip aductors and abdutors also do crunches and remeber that when you use more energy like energy burst type at thing you lose your fat faster cause it does not take a long time for you to do it just fast but hard like in constant motion k also do not do boring old cardio it takes up your time and does not do as much goodWww@Answer-Health@Com
