Answers:
This will be with you for a while!. It's caused by lactic acid that builds up in your muscles!. The pain is worst when you haven't been working out for a while, and start a new routine!. Heavy weight work aggravates it the most!.

What you need to do, tomorrow, is a light workout!. Get the blood moving through your muscles to flush the lactic acid out!. That means no heavy lifting, but light cardio that works the sore areas!. LIGHT cardio!. You don't want to set it off all over again!.

Until then, take your aleves or nuprin or whatever you prefer as per the label!. Ice can also help for certain parts of your body!.

You can expect a mild resurgence after your next heavy workout!. But this gets better and better (hurts less and less) with each successive workout!.

You should have had a hot bath 4 hours ago and gone to bed!.
Rest is best for overworked muscles!.
You could take one paracetamol and go to bed NOW!. So once you've read my answer, log off, turn off computer, clean your teeth and go to bed !.
You'll be refreshed in the morning - but maybe still a bit achey!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your mucles have ripped, so you should leave them to rest, relax, and skip working out intill it does heal!. As far as pain goes, a bath or electric blanket will help sooth and be comfy!.
Also a vitamin c will help it heal faster good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you work out just as hard everyday, the pain will eventually go away!. But until then, ice the areas where you feel pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat foods with lots of potassium, such as bananas!. That will help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take a salt bath, use icy hot, take some advil and hope for the best!. Just dont over do it tomorrow!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
