I had a 'fat burning shot' put in my juice from juicejunction, how effective is it?
Does it have much effective and how does it work?

Total scam. There is NOTHING out there you can add to your food/drink (or take as a pill) that will burn fat. The ONLY way to burn fat---EXERCISE! And the right foods and drinks allow you to exercise better so you can burn that stored fat.
Don't you think if there really was a product you could take that would burn fat that it would be WORLDWIDE news? Everyone would know about it and would be thin.
It doesn't exist.
