Perhaps, since you might be restricting calories!. However, gelatin is nothing but ground animal bones and ligaments (all of the leftovers from the slaughterhouse) and artificial coloring and flavors!. Sounds rather revolting to me and not something I would want to consume even if I were starving to death!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
if you did, your bodys metabolism would slow down since jello doesnt have all the nutrients and there will be no way to bring your metabolism back up and then your body will gain tons of weight (trust me in a dietian) its not good for your body at all if you want to lose weight just eat healthy!Www@Answer-Health@Com
I tried to do it once with sugar free jello and I kept having to pee, so it didn't go past one day!. I don't like spending my day in the bathroom!. It kept me up all night too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you would lose weight yes but you would also need to use a low-sodium bouillion broth to keep up your protien content so you dont lose muscle mass too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
