Question: I'm on weight watchers,and he buys cake!?
I just joined weight watchers!.My husband comes home with a cake from the supermarket!.Does this seem fair to you!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

No!.!.ask him why he does this!? Tell him you love it when he is supportive, and to be supportive he needs to not bring home food that is banned for you!. Why should HE have to diet, just because YOU want to!? My wife did this to me when I decided to change my eating habits!. She'd have a McFlurry nearly everyday, and still stay at a steady 110 pounds!. It was frustrating, but I'm not her father!.!. I just stayed focused and lost the weight I needed to lose!.
I'll admit that if he has never been the type to do that sorta thing and just started to since you've been dieting, it's a little iffy!. Although if you've always had snacks in the house before and quit buying them, he might just be taking matters into his own hands!. Unless you're sure he's doing it on purpose, leave him be! Concentrate on your own diet, not his!. You're the one trying to lose weight here, after all!. And I don't mean to sound rude, but if you don't have the willpower to leave his cake alone, there's a bigger issue at hand than just your weight!. you should get him back by not doing the laundry or something like that!. Then let him know your trying to improve yourself and hes deff!. not helping!. Ahhhh! My Dad does that TOO!. So annoying!.!.!.!.!.I'm trying to get him on WW with me but it hasn't happened yet!.

Does your husband need weight watchers too!? If so, he might feel he'll be next (if you have any success) and so he wants a last chance to enjoy some cake before the inevitable dieting begins!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
