Answers:

For anyone that wants to lose weight, it takes a lot of determination. I recommend eating a lot of protein. It fills you up for a longer period of time. Chicken is a great source of protein, baked or grilled. Shrimp as well. Those are two items not filled with fat, or carbs, but with healthy proteins. When I was trying to lose weight, I ate grilled chicken everyday, along with vegetables like asparagus.

Stay away from anything white. Thats the typical rule. Anything made from flour should be a no no. Wheat or multi-grain bread is a better pick.

Also, for exericse, you should do cardio along with an exercise to target the area of concern. Jogging on a tredmill 15-30 minutes a few days a week can make a huge difference. Also doing crunches to target the midsection. (Remember when doing crunches to let your stomach muscles do the work, inhale, pull yourself up, hold, exhale as you go back down)

Cut out sugar..its a good idea to drink a lot of water to keep yourself hydrated. One trick I love is to buy crystal light..it is sweetened with splenda which does not turn into fat like sugar. It tastes good and helps me drink a lot of water.

Water, a lot of protein, less sugar and less carbs...and finish eating a few hours before bedtime, a long with at least 30 mins of exercise 3 days a week focusing on cardio to increase heart rate and an exercise like crunches to target the midsection should greatly help you. See yourself as you want to be, and tell yourself you are worthy and you WILL get to your goal. Take small steps so you don't become discorouged quickly. Remember it takes time. But the reason I mentioned all these suggestions, is because this is how I lost a lot of weight. And when I wanted a snack, I had something sugar free, like jello or sugar free candy. It is possible and you can do it... tell yourself you are worth it and be determined. In time you can do it!
