Question: What would be some wholesome foods!?
I read that wholesome foods will help you gain body fat (in a good way)!. People are always saying I'm too thin and I read that to gain weight you should eat wholesome foods because it will be healthy weight on a girl like me (I'm 5'4 and weigh 103 pounds by the way and I'm 15)!. So if you could list some wholesome foods that would be great!Www@Answer-Health@Com

wholesome foods just means fresh foods and such!. instead of eating frozen processed garbage all the time, try to get fresh bread, grains, meat, veggies, and fruit!. also make sure you eat 1500+ calories a day!. you may not be gaining weight cause your young and have a high metabolism!. when i was your age i weighed 120 pounds and was like 5'6 so i was skinny!. but when i went into like grade 9 i gained a lot of weight now im 185 and 6'2!. lol!. so just eat fresh foods!. if you have a salad make sure its dark green leaves!. dark colors and more healthier than lighter ones!Www@Answer-Health@Com
