Is there a easy way to get strong?!


Question: Is there a easy way to get strong!?
Hey guys I'm trying to workout to try to get like muscle!. I got muscles right now just trying to get them bigger!. What should i lift for a 12 year old!? Im currently lifting 15 pounds is it better to just lift like 10 pounds and lift alot more!? Any easy workout that i can do for like 3 weeks!? And get some good results!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If it was easy everybody would do it!. It takes hard work and dedication to build muscle!. You are only 12 so you shouldn't really be lifting heavy weight!. Keep it light and do high reps!. You won't get big until your a little older and mature a little!. Build a base now and when your a little older hit the weights hard!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
