What other exercises can i do besides....?!


Question:

What other exercises can i do besides....?

i run a mile and a half on the treadmill everyday and 20 pushups...im making my workout harder every other day about...but what else can i be doing..i cant buy equipment so anything else would be great thanks!

Interval Training. Interval Training is adding short bursts of intense activity in between periods of low intense easier activity. For example, do your moderate pace on the treadmill, and every few minutes or so, add a minute where you're going really fast and hard. For some machines, it could even be where you increase the incline or the resistance for the more intense period.
