Question:
Is this a good diet/exercise plan?
Breakfast: Water, a piece of fruit
Lunch: A piece of fruit or peas.. steamed peas ( i love peas)
*At times when I'm not lazy; I fix myself a vegetarian sandwich.. meaning cucumber, tomato and cheese.
Dinner: Water
I also smoke.
As for the exercise;
Two or three hours before going to bed:
I dance for 20 minutes (belly dance)
I do 100 crunches, 20 left and right oblique chrunces, and 10 leg lifts. I also get up in the morning and walk for one hour.
This is how I've been doing it for a week now. Should I stick to it?

eat Moor for dinner at least 3 days a week, otherwise it sounds great
