Question: Healthy Weight Gain!?!?!? Plz Help!!!!?
im recovering from anorexia, and i have decided i want to get better, but i need to gain weight!. What is a healthy weight gain rate!? Also, is it bad if i gained 1lb in 1 day!? Will i be able to stop once i reach my goal weight!?

just eat normally, maybe have bigger portioned meals or something because if you just start pigging out trying to gain weight, yes, you are going to reach that goal weight, but it's gonna be harder to stop pigging out, i would think

Yes you will!. Just make sure that you are being healthy about your weigh gain!. Try the 1000 cahllenge!. It helped me! If you increase your calorie intake by just 100 calories per day, you can recover much easier!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

dont gain then stop, eat healty, small meals often in a day and dont shy away from a bit of sweets!. KEEP IT BALANCED ; )
