I totally agree that it sounds bizarre!. However, when your body is starved of it's usual calories it stores anyhting it gets as fat as it goes into starvation mode and doesn't know when it will be fed again!. It's like your bodies natural survival instinct!. If you eat a balanced diet and eat little but often, you body will be able to work to burn calories better than if you eat just one meal per day for example!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

because your body will initally go into starvation mode because of the lack of calories!.!.!.!.Instead of burning them off for fuel, your body will store it, metabolism will slow down and body will use less food for energy, instead choosing to store it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You won't gain weight while on the diet!. You'll gain weight after the diet!. You may or may not lose weight while on the diet, but once you start eating normally, you'll gain the weight back!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're right!. I think they're just trying to put you off because crash dieting is really bad for overall health!. And in the long run, the weight loss isn't sustainable!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, because your body can't function on 800 calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
