Too much weight to lift with situps?!


Question: Too much weight to lift with situps!?
Hey! I am 12 years old 5'4" and 100 pounds!.!.!. I have recently started doing situps with some weight on my chest to bulk up my abs!. Tonight I did 3 sets 25 reps each with 15 lbs on my chest!. 5 sets 20 reps each 25lbs and 1 set 2 reps with 50 lbs on my chest and felt only a little pain or stress on my abs!.!.!. was this too much for me to do!? Could this hurt my ab muscles!? Thanks for your help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't turn into one of those freaks who are a huge blob of muscle!. TOOOO much muscle isn't hot at all!. Sure, they get girls - plastic fake tan chicks who melt after 5 years!. And then ugh, they turn out looking like hulk hogan!. GROSS!

Just do exercise and use a few weights to get nice definition, but don't get big!. Look at Rafael Nadal, he's hot!. His arms are really hot, but he's not going overboard, the rest of him is well balanced!. Girls go crazy for him!. :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com
