Question: Work Out Beginer Help!?!?!?
my arms ar skinny and im 16 and im 5 feet and 5 inches

i worked out with the 8 pound dumbbell only a littly progress
whats the best way to gain muscles like a bench press 50 pound!? or more dumbbell weights will i progress more if i use more weightWww@Answer-Health@Com

In order to gain muscle, you must make the muscle work hard!. It then builds more muscle so that next time it won't have to work as hard!. You need to aim for a weight that you can only get about 8 reps of!. Not just do 8 reps and quit, but you truly can't get any more than 8 reps!. As you get stronger, you will need to increase the weight!. Bench press is a great upper body workout because it works so many muscle groups!. Even the ones that aren't working are helping to stabilize, so they are getting a workout (though not as hard)!. well if your a beginner i would stick to training your core mostly and your arms will follow!. i have never seen anyone you had a strong chest that didn't have decent sized triceps or biceps!. once you make some improvements with your core then start working your arms a bit more on their own!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can find cheap work out stuff at yard sales!. Try more reps!. Bench pressing works different muscles tahn dumbells, but it takes time for your muscles to get used to the new workout regime!. Also, make sure you are eating lean protein!. Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

If you only have access to dumbbells try using heavier weight!. An 8 pound dumbbell for a 16 year old is not very much!. Try to progressively move up to heavier dumbbells and if you can use a bench and barbell add in some bench press!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
