im pregnant but, as soon i have a baby i want to get in a diet!. So if ya know about a diet that realy works let me know!.!.!.

Let me tell you something, DIETS DON'T WORK!!!! In fact, a lot of diets are dangerous to health!. Just eat balanced meals and excersize!. When my dad was in shape, he would run and do push ups or crunches!. He also ate 5 small health meals a day, to help keep his matabalisiom going!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Burn more calories than you consume!.

Its the easiest thing in the world, eat as you would, then go to www!.checkcalories!.com search everything you ate and write down how much calories you consumed!. Then go to a gym or something and burn off more calories, on alot of machines in modern gyms it tells you how much you are burning off and how much you will burn an hour etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

get a book called 'What to Eat when You're Expecting'!.

You're not supposed to try to lose weight while you're pregnant, though!. You need some extra calories to help nourish the baby!. If you aren't eating enough to sustain your own weight, then the baby will pay the price for it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The only diet that has really worked for me was Jenny Craig!. After I had my 2nd baby I had a hard time losing the weight and Jenny Craig really worked for me!. I kept the weight off too!. It's kinda expensive, but worth it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat only things EXTREMELY high in protein!. Lost like 10 pound in about a week and a half!.
