Lower Abs???!


Question: Lower Abs!?!?!?
I am getting my uper abs in shape!.!.!.but I cant seems to get my lower abs going!?!? What should I do!?!? I do 200 crunches a day or more!.!.!.I'm 5'5" and 125 pounds so do I just need to lose weight to get the lower abs!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
try laying on the floor on you back and raise your legs straight up in the air!. slowly lower them to about 5-6 inches off the ground and don't let your back arch off of the ground!. slowly raise your legs back to the starting position, and repeat!.

another exercise one of my coaches used to have us do was pretty much like the one above!.!. but instead of raising and lowering our legs, we just had to hold our legs/feet a few inches off the floor for about a minute at the time!. it might not sound too hard but TRUST ME, you feel the burn!. hope I made sense and helped!Www@Answer-Health@Com
