?Lose 70 Pounds in 3 Months?????!


Question: ?Lose 70 Pounds in 3 Months!?!?!?!?!?
I weigh 250 lbs!. and am 6 feet tall!. My dream since I started high school, was to get down to 180!. Well, today was my last day of high school and I have exactly 3 months starting tomorrow till I move to college! I've been on my diet for 2 months almost and have only lost like 20 lbs!. I think!. I usually blow off my exercises (I run/walk on the tredmill)!. So, really I exercise about 3 or 4 times a week instead of 7!. That's probably why!. I really need to lose this weight!. Can I at least get down to 200!?!?!?!?
I am almost a diabetic because of this!.
What should I eat and how much should I exercise!?
No Jenny Craig, Diet Pills, etc!.

Answers:
Oatmeal oranges egg whites and milk are fat burning foods!.

Eat oatmeal in the morning with one or 2 egg whites!. I boil the eggs and just eat the whites but you can do so as you like!. And a glass of milk!. It doesnt have to be a big glass if you dont like to drink straight milk!. I put extra in my oatmeal!.

Try snacking on fruits and veggies!. For lunch which is my big meal because i dont like to eat a lot closer to bedtime to give my body more time to burn it off!. I eat chicken on the grill!. With my favorite bbq sauce or some type of flavoring!. I change it up now with fish too!. You can do pork once in a while as well!. Grill or sometimes you can bake but dont fry!. Try to avoid red meats most of the time!. For a side do with your favorite veggies try corn on the cob!. You can do potatoes but not every day!.

Snack again with fruit veggies!. Also try yogurt i eat Activia it really help regulate you!. Try to have an orange a day as well!.

For dinner go with a salad with low fat dressing!. You can buy grilled chicken slices or tuna if you want to spice it up!.

Note for cravings!. I keep fat free pudding in the house chocholate and vanilla so when i crave something sweet its there!. Also i use natural pop corn it comes with butter and believe me it tastes the same!. But keep these snacks close and easy!. For example i love fresh carotts but i get lazy and dont want to peel them so i grab something easier!. I now cut and peel them and put them in baggies in my fridge so i can just grab them and eat!.

this is my diet hopefully it'll help you too!. Also try doing some cardio like just walking for a half hour a day this is really important to!. it will help keep your body tone while you loose the weight not to mention help you loose the weight faster!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Work out 4 days a week!. Cardio one day, then weight lifting the next!.

Count your calories!. My guess is that you should only be eating about 1800 calories a day!. Plan your meals ahead of time (at least the night before)!.

20 pounds is a good start!. It is easier to gain weight than to lose!. It takes time!.


Also, drink a lot of water!. Drink as much as you can!.


Limit sweets!. Increase fruits, veggies, chicken, fish!. Give up soda, or only drink one a week!.

if you want a quick fix only eat dinner and veggi snacks and tea through out the day don't eat after 6:pm and work out 4 days a week 2 hours after dinner
you could lose 4-6 lbs a week with this but its not really healthy its only a quick fix and if you go straight to eating normaly once done this than you will gain everything back but if you slowly go back into your normal eating you wont !.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should leave food on your plate, only eat when hungry, take small portians, no 2nds!.!.!.ever!!! and reduce your screen time (computer,tv,video games, ect!.!.!.) to 1hr a day, it will force you to go outside and play!. play with a pet (dog or cat) if you have one and take them on walks(dogs) and play with a bouncy ball with them (cats) outside!. Chase your kitty around and throw the bouncy ball everywhere!. go outside and play basketball, soccer, or go to the local park with a sibling to play baseball!.only eat when you are hungry, and if u have a snack, make it be a fruit or veggie!. and also work our!. do cardio (swimming, running walking, anything that gets ur heart moving) 4-6 times a week!. also do sit-ups, push-ups, crunches, and weight lifting!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
