Running and eating healthy are a great start!. However, if you would like to tone up, you are going to need to do some working out!.

The only thing you will need to buy are some light dumbbells (find a weight that is a challenge for your but not so heavy that you are straining!. 5-8lbs!. should be good)!. In addition to your running and healthy eating add some small weight lifting!.

Thankfully toning is easier than building muscle mass!. You can find many free workout routines on the internet!.
