Question: Have any moms out there lost their mommy belly!? If so how!?
Well I have had 2 little boys and I weigh 149 lbs I am about 5'8 if that makes a differance I am happy with every other part of my body with the exception of my lower belly!. I work out 3 times a week at the gym and do crunches and lifts when not at the gym!. I cook and eat very healthy but it just won't go away!. Can anyone out there give me a little help to get rid of it please don't suggest surgery going under the knife isn't really something I would do and serious answers only please! i know a friend who does lot of yoga and always strictly controls her food portions!.!.she was back in shape in just 7 weeks after having her baby!.!.!.same routine,but she walked an hour daily in addition to yoga and the usual portion control!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

im surprised people still do crunches they dont work ! and they never will!. not to mention the stress it puts on your back and butt bone!.but, i say quit the crunches and use ab machines in the gym !. or theres this pilattes thing i had that workedd sooooo good!. and only 17 dollars !.!.!.!.take pilates !!
