Sometimes it can happen!. This is commonly due to if you start an exercise program your body is burning calories and needs more fuel!. And how odd this might sound you need to feed your body so you can exercise to lose weight!. After a while maybe a few weeks it will stop!. Just make sure you fuel your body with healthy food!. and yes sometimes muscles will grow adding weight which is more common in men and depends what your exercise program consist of!.

No, absolutely not!. When on a diet, your body should be burning more calories than you are consuming so it should, in theory, go down!. Make sure you drink lots of water and keep your salt, fat and sugar intake very, very low!. You have to read food labels to see how many grams of each are in your foods!. Just because it says "healthy" doesn't mean that it's true!. Also, try to exercise for at least 20-30 minutes every day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I don't think so, unless it's muscle!. But for me i FEEL like i look like i have gained when i 1st start to lose!.!.idk it's weird, it;s like the "in between" stage for me!. i feel like fat then i lose more and feel thinWww@Answer-Health@Com
the only thing you will gain at first is water weight!.!.then you will lose weight even the water !.!.but the only reason you gain water weight is cuz your drinking alot of water!.!.!.!.!.!.hope this helpedWww@Answer-Health@Com
