What's the absolute best multivitamin to take?

I've been pondering on what sort of multivitamin I should start taking. I am 17 years of age, in case you're wondering. I have heard that some vitamins aren't that good for you to take so I'm curious as to what your alls opinions are.

I'm a guy, I don't really eat that healthy I don't guess, and yes I'm pretty physically active.

Are u male or female?? Are you physically active?? Do you basically, eat healthy?? There are several factors in determining the best Multivitamin ( MVI ). If you are just an average person loOKing to supplement your diet with a MVI, then choose one that offers the essential vitamins. Generic brand is ok!!
