Ok im 16 i weigh about 131 pounds and im 5'8 and im very active and im mostly skin and bone so was seeing if theirs a pill out there that will help megain muscle fast and that will not hurt my body with any side effects thxzWww@Answer-Health@Com

Unfortunately, there is nothing out there that will do what you want!. There are no such things as muscle gain pills!. If you're serious about looking to put on muscle mass then you'll have to dedicate yourself to going to the gym!.

There are supplements out there that will -help- you gain muscle, however nothing but hard work will actually let you gain that muscle!. First and foremost, stay away from creatine!. Creatine is a fine supplement but you don't need it yet and I would hesitate to use it while the body is still developing!. Secondly, there are energy supplements!. If you need one of these, that's fine but be aware they are generally very full of caffiene!. Thirdly, there are protein supplements!. These can be very helpful if you do not have a balanced diet!. If you do not have a balanced diet, you may want to look into getting some whey protein or other supplement!.

But, in the end, they are just supplements and will not give you anything unless you do the hard work and start lifting!. There are a number of websites around that will help you design a workout schedule if you really want to bulk up!. Patience and hard work will be rewarded!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
