Answers:

You really should be more concerned about your body fat ratio than your actual weight. You may be able to lose 50 lbs, but if that weight was muscle, that's very unhealthy. Anyway, what's happening to you is either the plateau effect, or your body reacting to you starving it, or both.

For the plateau effect: The body adapts to exercise and diets, and they become less effective, so you have to change it up, and do something different to shock your body into continuing. You didn't say how tall or old you are, but unless you're shorter than 4'11", weighing between 120-140 lbs is normal.

For Starvation: (which I'd put money on) An average female needs around 1500 calories per day to maintain weight. 1200 calories is the recommended amount to gradually and safely lose weight. Less is considered a starvation diet, and is a bad thing. Almost all weight lost from this type of diet WILL be regained within 3-5 years, and you'll probably gain more than you lost.

Also, previously losing 20lbs over two months, and thinking you can continue to lose 14-19 pounds in one month further proves my point about starvation, which at 600-800 calories per day, it seems like you're already doing. I suspect you are actually burning muscle, and very little to no fat. Which is not a good thing to do. That's how the body reacts when starved: It cannibalizes itself.

I'd really advise changing your philosophy on diets. Forget about weight, and aim for a healthy body fat ratio. Weight, so some degree, is genetic, and forcing your body to go under that weight will stress it, could make you sick, and won't work permanently, as the body will always find a way to return to it's natural size. So, trying to force it is why so many diets fail, and doing that a quick way to wind up disappointed, anorexic or dead.
