Question:

Work out program to stay fit and lose weight?

Ok, I'll admit, I am a bit over weight... and I want to lose it by doing an easy excercise program that I can do on my own at home.

Tell me all the details... I want to know what excercises, when to do them, how to do them and how much to do them for how long!

I'm already watching what I'm eating but if you have any sugestions... like a food that will keep me full for a long time etc...

Losing weight is great. You'll feel better about yourself and will be healthier. Here's what I've found works:
1. Drink lots of water; some tea, coffee or diet coke (caffeine increases the metabolism). DO NOT drink any calories!
2. Exercise every day, alternating weight training on one day and cardio (e.g., running, stair stepper, elliptical, etc.) the next.
3. Cut out virtually all carbs (e.g., no more than one slice of whole wheat bread per day), all sugars (except natural), and all fats. NO fried foods, ever. Avoid red meat, sauces, condiments (ketchup, mayo, etc.). Get used to eating apples and bananas as snacks when you get hungry. NO junk food, period.
4. Eat protein in the form of fish and white meat chicken.
5. Get the book The Abs Diet (link below). It has both good diet advice and MANY specific exercises you can do at home.
I lost 40 pounds in 6 months doing this. It takes a total change of lifestyle. It's not easy, and you have to stick to it. But you CAN lose the weight!!! Good luck!
