Getting into shape?!


Question: Getting into shape!?
I'm graduating college in two weeks!. The economy is slow and I've had problems finding a job so I decided to join the NAVY!. The only problem is that I'm a bit out of shape!. I'm not morbidly obese (though I have to drop 10 pounds) but I have problems jogging and doing more than 30 push ups!. What is the best way for me to get into shape!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is only one way to get better at jogging, push-ups, and sit-ups!. It is to do them!. Start jogging everyday; not to the point of total exhaustion, but you should be tired at the end of it!. Do sets of push-ups every other day!. Try doing a pyramid!. Do 1-2-3 all the way up to your max and then back down!. Also, watch what you eat!. You'll get there!.
