What's the perfect, filling, healthy, quick breakfast?
When I'm rushing to get somewhere, it's extremely difficult to eat a breakfast that will sustain me until lunchtime. What kind of [quick] cereals or other types of food can I have that will really work? Examples of brands would be great =D
Answers:
Whole wheat toast, a boiled egg (the white part), fresh fruit, yogurt. You can make a smoothie using fruit, juice and yogurt and drink it on the way if you don't have time to sit down and eat before leaving home.
