Traditional work-out vs. weight-based work-out?!

Question: Traditional work-out vs!. weight-based work-out!?
Hi, I was curious as to which form of exercize is better or will produce good results!. Is the traditional form of working out like pushups and using things around you house to lift good enough, or do you really need weights and other equipment to get any results!. By the way, I intend on building on my definition in my arms, nothing intense or severe!. Thanks for all the responses!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can lift weights, but that's not absolutely necessary!. Bodyweight exercises work very well too, and a little ingenuity can get you a great all-round physique!.

My one - OK, two bits of advice: consider setting a goal that's more pointed!. From what you've put here, you want to look better!. Training for performance will get you that along the way!. And it's something you can grab onto better!. Consider:

"Do I look better today!?" Hmmm!.!.!.kind of vague here!.
"How many pullups can I do!?" Oh easy, I can tell you that!

The other bit: learn all you can!. There are a lot of aspects to fitness - there are different types of strength, for instance!. There's also a lot of nonsense!. Find out what's good and what's crap, and experiment for the final say!.

The links below can get you started!. Charles Staley is a goldmine of information for training; his principles are sound!. Use them!. Wayne Fisher was a Navy SEAL, and he trains that way!. These guys are some of the fittest in the world, so take a tip!. Good training!Www@Answer-Health@Com
