Walk, walk & walk, flat ground and hills!. You can sustain walking longer than an exercise session and your legs are doing the work, but your heart and everything gets the benefits!. Use the stairs instead of elevators too!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try single legged squats-not easy but if you hold onto something and keep doing them youll do itl; do reps like 10,7,5 , running up hills/steps- short bursts really fast, jog atleast 45 mins daily !.!.!. other exercises can be alternated- eat right too ofcourseWww@Answer-Health@Com

Your muscles need time to recover!. Doing it every day would not be good!. Squats are good!. Running is good to!. One legged squats!. Lunges!. Don't forget the calvs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
