Question: Best exercises for a double chin!?!?!?
What do you recommend so that i can loose my double chin & have a sculpted chin like i had before !?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your double chin is probably the result of excess fat being stored in your body!. And since fat loss isn't discriminate on where it decides to put itself on your body, your goal will be to reduce your fat by having a healthy food lifestyle and regular exercise!.

Excercise
Walking is da bomb exercise for fat loss, because of:

- ease of access!. go for a stroll around the around the block
- time!. takes no time to get out their and into it
- cost!. no gym fees or instructor fees
- technicality!. It's easy to learn and do
- fun!. go for treks into the bush, listen your favorite songs/audio books on your mp3 player, bring a friend or family member, walk the dog
- adjustment!. you can be a begginer, basic or advanced in fitness to be able to gain from this exercise

Here's a plan to get you started!.

-how often!? at least 3 times a week or everyday if possible!.
-for how long!? at least 1 hour a day
-what else!? drink allot of water and bring it with you, wear sunscreen/hats, good walking shoes
-what do i do when I'm at a healthy weight and am sick of walking!? continue keeping your physical activity up!.
Go to boxing classes, gym, bodybuilding, rock climbing instead!.!.!. whatever you find interesting that keeps you moving

To get the best results
-Good food lifestyle
Eat more of fruit and vedge's, nuts, legumes and grains and less of junk food to reduce the bodies excess fat!.
-Enough sleep
Get at least 8 hours sleep, from 10-6pm!.
-Keep learning more about being healthy

Result
In the longterm you will be able to maintain a more healthy weight and say bonjour to your double chin forever!

Good diet and exercise!. I would put in 30-45 minutes of walking a day until you feel comfortable!. Then move up to jogging and etc!. Playing sports can help and you'll make some friends along the way!.Remember diet is also another factor!. I would stick with the 10% rule for fat, sugar, and carbs!. Anything equal to or less than that should be good for you, this is from my experience so dont take my word for this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
