Question: Can you tell me the basics on using creatine!?
i kniw you have to drink lots of water!. but what else!. i just bought some creatine but i dot really know how to use it!. take it!. then workout or workout then take it!. please helpWww@Answer-Health@Com

Just take 5g per day!. You do not need to load like many labels, people and articles say!.

If you want to gain mass also consume a minimum of 1g of protein per pound of body weight each day and eat 500-1000 calories over your needs per day!.

For every 30 minutes you lift add like 400 calories to your base number!.

The point is that you need to overeat healthy foods and get your protien!. Creatine is only a small piece of the puzzle!.

Oh yeah, follow the cycle like busymonte says above!. But you do not need to load, thats old school!.

dont take creatine! creatine gives you mushy muscle it fills your arms up with air and doesnt give you cuts trust me i took it and im still trying to change the way it made me look!.It make you look fatter and makes your arms wobble around instead of showing muscle creatine is a scam nitric oxide is betterWww@Answer-Health@Com
