A few years ago I had the same problem, I was eating well and exercising and I actually started gaining weight! It turned out I have an underactive thyroid!. Ask your GP for a test!. Even when your test results come back ok, you can still have an underactive thyroid, many people say the parameters for a healthy blood test are too wide, and people whose blood tests come back ok do have an underactive thyroid!. sweetie, just be patient!. ;-) good things come to those who wait!. also, try modifying your diet and fitness regimen!. a different diet would give you new tastes to explore =) and a new fitness regimen would decrease the chances of you plateauing!. also, you may want to add a little resistance exercise!. cause remember, do focus most of the time in increasing your RMR (resting metabolic rate) you can do this if you increase the amount of lean tissue (muscle) in your body!. =) and above all, dont give up and strive hard!. take care!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am like you i have a very healthy diet and do alot of excirsis as well, so i went to my DR and they soon found out i had PCO (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome)

So maybe get ur DR to do some tests or it could be a thiroide problemWww@Answer-Health@Com

That seems perfectly fine!.
Make sure your not snacking in between meals that is the worse thing to do!.
Also try the 3 meals a day, have 3 large meals only and no snacking!. Drinking water helps!.
No fizzy juice or alcohol!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

your not going wrong at all, this sounds healthy!! If you want some better results, maybe try cutting out the potato and double up on your veggies!Www@Answer-Health@Com
