Can anyone suggest a specific excersice to lose weight faster?!


Question: Can anyone suggest a specific excersice to lose weight faster!?
I've lost about 15lbs and wanna lose about 20 more but I have fallen into the slump! I seem to go to the gym and lose 3 or 4 water lbs!. I wanna know if there is an excersice I can incorporate (something fun) that can get me back to losing weight!. My body has become used to cardio!. I do 45 mins!. of this!. I swim and play volleyball and basketball!. My diet is a low sugar diet with protein and rainbow fruits and veggies!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You probably stopped losing weight because your muscles are growing, which weigh more than fat!. It's not the weigt that counts, it's your body mass index!. Muscles will help you burn more weight!.
A good exercise is trampolin jumping, I heard you burn astonishingly many calories there!. And you can buy little ones for home, or maybe they have them at the gym!.
But I wouldn't worry too much about the "slump"!. If your muscles are the reason for that, it's a good thing!. And don't overdo it! If you look like Nicole Richie, make yourself a huge potatoe salad with mayonaise!. ;-)

To loss the weight i think this option and its work for me:

eat more fruit
drink fresh juice
get detoxification
no junk food
no milk
no yogurt
no soda
drink natural water
sport (like exercise, running, walking, aerobic, swimming)
eat more salad
good sleep


the example eat menu :

Breakfast

Always same: juice presses fresh, as much as desirable, up to 14 ounce; fresh succulence as much as desirable, or salad fruit; when do you very hungry!. When not make difficult, sometimes fun replaced fruit every day that eaten at morning

Lunch

Fresh fruit juice, or carrot juice, 4 - 8 ounce, when does desirable!. Salad with fresh vegetable addition desirable and combination sandwich with cucumber or celery!.

Dinner

Fresh vegetable cocktail juice, soup cream cauliflower!. Potato boat or simple grilled chicken!. Garlic flavor string bean!. Salad green French!.

You can also play badminton, table tennis and even try and race with your friends!.If you do not wish to do so, you can continue swimming!.There are many different types of swimming:front claw(freestyle), breast stroke,backstroke, butterfly and many others!.To make swimming more enjoyable, you can try to swim backstroke while swimming breast stroke halfway or try mixing the other styles together!. If your counting volleyball and basketball as cardio you need to rethink it it may be physical but isn't true cardio!. I know it isn't fun but try regular running mix it up by doing wind sprints or for a good workout quick try jumping rope remember to maintain constant movement and keep your heart rate upWww@Answer-Health@Com

Your body doesn't "get used to" cardio!. You burn calories based on how much energy you are expending and on your metabolism among other things!. You need to hit a target heart rate and maintain it to get the proper effect!. You should read about HIIT for a better understanding of this:

you need to combine your workout with resistance training so you can get a faster metabolism!. Also increase the intensity on the cardio you are doing, or you can do intervals where you really push yourself to your limit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Roller blade that should be fun!. I excersice also but I skateborad also like hardcore like I'm swating after words and it keeps me in shape it helps my balance and its really really fun!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You may be training too hard, it may benefit you to train with a heart rate monitor and stay within your fat burning range!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
