I am 5'3 and i weigh 128 lbs,should i loose few pounds?!


Question: I am 5'3 and i weigh 128 lbs,should i loose few pounds!?
I used to be at 130 lbs but now i am down to 128!.I would like to loose more weight!.My goal is 120 lbs!.
I try to stay away from sweets,soda and,fried foods!.I still eat whole wheat pasta,whole grain rice,processed cheese and more fruits and vegetables!.I also eat snaks in between meals to avoid hunger!.Do you think i will reach my goal!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think your weight is fine!

It's in the healthy range and shouldn't cause any health problems!. Not all women were made to be really thin, and if you're not a stick-you're still beautiful!!!

If it's your confidence that you're trying to build-diet's only gonna get you half way! You need to exercise!.

The benefits of exercise go so far beyond the positive effects on your body!. It literally just makes you happier!. There's no substitute to the feeling you get after a work out!.

Not all women need to lift huge weights and run 20 miles a day-it's ridiculous that society has made it seem that way!.

I find that pilates is the best fit for me!. It's a little more vigorous than yoga and does wonders for muscle tone and core strength-but at the same time-is still a more feminine approach!.

i'm 5'5 1/2 and weigh 144lbs!.!.!.!.!. i feel gross!.!.!. and unhealthy because well im not in shape!.!. i just started going to the gym yesterday for the first time in 2 years!.!. i dont hope to lose weight!.!. i just hope to gain some onfidence and be more fit!.!.!.!.!. like tone my tummy ,sides ,thighs!.!.!.!.

lose 3 more pounds !. You will look great =) You need to be more careful about what you do and eat!. start walking and maybe doing sports!. You will feel healty and you will BE healty!.
