Milk and yogurt?!


Question: Milk and yogurt!?
they say that milk fat is hard to digest so should be avoided!. Since yogurt is made from milk, is it the same for yogurt or are they totally different things!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yogurt is completely different from milk, although the protein is still there!. I hear yoghurt has 'good bacteria' so it actually helps with digestion!. Milk is difficult to digest!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

probably if the yoghurt is full cream or fat or whatever then it applies to it as well!.!.!.but yoghurt itself is not made out of milk fat so its a whole different thing!.!.!.!.basically to make yoghurt,u boil milk and let it cool until its temperature is the same as body temperature,then u add a tiny spoon of yoghurt and cover the milk in a way that it will keep warm and will be in a dark place,then after like 5 hours the milk will have turned to yoghurt!.!.!.!.so its more an act of bacteria i think,!.!.!.so as long as your yoghurt is not full cream then its perfectly fine!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i take milk daily(4 glasses) and have no issues since im vegetarian and hardly eat any other forms of protein,but my trainer is happy with my weight loss!.!.!.yoghurt has no lactose compared to milk so its ok to eat yoghurt if milk scares you!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

In America, you have to fight the big guys on this one!. The FDA is supposed to look out for your health, right!. O!.K!., just look at the Yogurt that is sold in stores!. It is total junk!. Each container, for instance of that garbage contains 27 grams of sugar!. It is pasteurized, so the bacteria are dead!. The milk or cream used to make it is pasteurized and homogenized!. The homogenization process crushes the butterfat cells and leaves "chards" of foreign proteins for your body to deal with!. This is what causes much of the allergic reactions to dairy in the U!.S!., not the lactose, even though some are intolerant of it!.

The pasteurized, homogenized milk is not good for you!. The supposedly good calcium is altered greatly by the pasteurization heat and your body won't absorb it unless vitamin D is added to force your body to absorb it!. It's that bad!. Do you really think they added the vitamin D for your health!? It is typical to have over 200,000 bacteria /ml!. that are dead!. This is toxic to your body and it has to deal with these toxins!. The low fat product that is supposed to be good for you, what a joke!. When you remove butterfat from milk, it turns blue in color, so they add white coloring to it to make it look like milk!. Then they add some butterfat back, but very little because that drives their cost up!. To compensate for the weird taste it has, they add powdered milk to it to trick your tongue into believing it is real milk!. Make believe food will give you make believe health!. There is about 2% of the bacteria in the milk that survives the pasteurization process and these bacteria have been found in about 92% of ALL crohne's disease patients!. The best part is that they feed the dairy cows, GRAIN!. This is not a cow's natural food, so the cows produce milk that is very high in inflammatory fatty acids that cause your body to be inflamed!.

The truth of the matter is that if the cows were healthy, eating free range grasses, the milk will be very healthy for you, if they don't pasteurize or homogenize it!. This RAW milk and RAW dairy products are what most of the world eats and drinks!. If you ferment the milk and make keifer, it is incredibly good for you and contains NO lactose!. Most lactose intolerant people can drink RAW milk with no problems because there are not those chards of foreign amino acids!. The RAW milk contains digestive enzymes and bacteria that support your immune system in a very healthy way!.
