Question: Is this diet good enough for me to lose weight, or am I eating too much!?
I'm 22 6 feet 215lbs, and I work construction all day then I come home and run on a treadmill for 30-45 min after lifting weights for 15 min!. Today I ate

5 egg whites, oatmeal, banana for meal 1
meal 2 - tuna on a wheat pita
meal 3 - turkey on wheat bread
meal 4 - 1 scoop whey protein, mixed with milk
meal 5 - chicken(with cheese) and broccoli
then meal 6 another protein shake!.

Do you think this is too much foodand I won't lose weightWww@Answer-Health@Com

It looks like you are taking in roughly 1500 calories a day!. Based on your profession, construction, and the amount of additional exercise you get in you should be taking in around 2800-3200 calories!. With the amount of activity you have, this number of calories, provided that the total fat content is around 20%, should help you to lose weight!. If you continue to eat too few calories, you will not lose weight!. Your metabolism will slow down and make it impossible for you to make any progress!.
